This Privacy Policy for California Residents supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). 

We may collect information from you in order to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience while using our Site.   If you are a resident of California or authorized by a resident of California, California law requires we provide you, the California resident or your authorized representative, upon request, with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act effective January 1, 2020 (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) (together, the “CA Privacy Acts”).  As required by the California Act, this Privacy Policy identifies the categories of personally identifiable information that we collect through our Site about individual consumers who use or visit our Site and the categories of third-party persons or entities with whom such personally identifiable information may be shared.  As required by the laws, this Privacy Policy includes a right for those California residents with a business relationship with us to make a request up to twice in a 12-month period for us to delete your “Personal Information” and/or to disclose to you the personal information and “sensitive personal information” about you we may collect for a business-related purpose and (1) the categories of personal information collected; (2) the sources from which the information was collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling the information; (4) categories of third parties with whom we share the information; and (5) the specific pieces of personal information we collect about you.  Personal Information includes information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, internet browsing history, geolocation, characteristics of protected classifications under Federal or California Law or other information that may reasonably link to your household and Information concerning a user that the web site collects online from the user, any other identifier that permits the physical or online contacting of a specific individual; and maintains in personally identifiable form, in combination with an identifier described within this policy and/or our Privacy Policy.

Sensitive personal information includes, but is not limited to, government identification numbers (e.g., Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and passport numbers), passwords, or credentials, a consumer’s precise geolocation, financial information, religious beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, biometric information, sexual orientation information, and contents of a consumer’s mail, email, or text messages unless that business is the intended recipient.

Depending on your activity at our Site, certain Personal Information (as that term is defined in the California Act) may be collected, in addition to information set forth in other sections of this document.  Categories of Information we may collect from you: your name, address, or email address, electronic network activity or geolocation data, educational, professional, or employment-related information.

Categories of Personal Information we may have collected for a business purpose in the last twelve months:  your name, address, or email address, electronic network activity or geolocation data, educational, professional, or employment-related information.  We may use your Personal Information:

·       To provide support and/or personalize our website;

·       To provide you with support and/or to respond to your inquiries;

·       To help maintain the safety and security of our Site and services;

·       To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order or governmental regulations; and

·       As described to you when collecting your Personal Information or as otherwise set forth herein.

While we do not sell your personal information, there could be activity construed as a “sale” or as “sharing” of your personal information under the CA Privacy Acts.  For example, if we were to sell or share, as defined by the CPRA, your Personal Information, you would have the right to Opt Out of the sharing of your Personal Information.  You also have the right to limit the use of your Sensitive Information, to change information that may be incorrect, or to delete your information.

We will have to collect information from you to verify your identity and take commercially reasonable efforts to respond within 45 days from our receipt of your request.
