Co., the provider or the company contracting with a third-party web provider of one or more of the sites of the Site (referred to as “us” or “we”), is committed to protecting your privacy online. Categories and Types of Information Collected. We collect two types of information about the Users of our Site: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience while using our Site, to communicate with you and/or for other permissible business purposes.

Collection Methods, Use of Information and Retention. We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. If you voluntarily provide your Personally Identifiable Information, we may provide an additional Opt In option to accompany your submission.

If you are at least 18 years of age and wish to voluntarily provide your Personally Identifiable Information, you may have the opportunity to provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you: (a) register your email address with us to be included in one of our databases; (b) enter your name, email address, address, telephone number and/or other information via the Contact Us page, blog page and/or other means through the blog, Site and/or one of the sites’ third-party web host(s)/provider(s); (c) enter contests sponsored by us and/or participate in surveys; (d) submit information via the career page(s), blog, Site and/or one of the sites’ third-party web host(s)/provider(s); (e) request a blog subscription, and/or (f) send email messages, submit forms and/or transmit other information by telephone, letter and/or email. If you voluntarily provide us with your Personally Identifiable Information, you agree to do so honestly and in accordance with this site’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and other applicable terms. We may also collect information from you at other points on our Site that state such information is being collected.

We may also collect certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This information is ultimately stored in the form of categories, and in some cases, specific URLs. We may also obtain information about you that is publicly available such as information you decide to post on a social media site and for which you will be solely responsible for such postings.

We will primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information to enhance the operation of our Site, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze Site use, improve our product and service offerings, and customize our Site's content, layout, and services. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information as it relates to your submissions via the Contact Us page, the blog and/or the career page(s), and its third-party hosting site, including but not limited to communications with you and/or to enforce our agreements with you.

Release of Information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others unless required to do so by law. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

We may also provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about traffic patterns and related Site information to third parties, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

Updating and Correcting Information and Opt-Out. You may correct Personally Identifiable Information provided to us by emailing us at mfgmarketing@hmsmfg.com. Please include your name, address, and email address when you contact us. We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes.

You may Opt-Out from receiving information from us at any time by sending an email to mfgmarketing@hmsmfg.com. You may also ask at any time to have your information deleted or removed; however, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with our User is of utmost concern to us. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered within transit by a third party.

Cookies. When you use our Site, we will store cookies on your computer and we use Google Analytics to analyze, to track patterns and/or for marketing purposes to facilitate and customize your use of our Site. A cookie is a small data text file, which a website stores on your computer's hard drive (if your web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. The cookies make your use of the Site easier, make the Site run more smoothly and help us to maintain a secure Site. Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Miscellaneous Privacy Issues. You must be at least 18 years old to have permission to use the Site. We recognize the importance of children’s safety and privacy on the Internet. For this reason and in compliance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children/minors.
